How far in advance should I order?
For standard arrangements, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00. For weddings and large events, please contact us at least 4 weeks ahead.
Do you deliver outside Oslo?
Yes, we deliver to Bergen, Trondheim, and Stavanger on select days. For other locations, please reach out via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I customize my arrangement?
Absolutely. While our collections provide a starting point, our florists are happy to adjust colors, blooms, or styles based on your preferences. Simply include your wishes in the order notes.
What if the recipient is not home?
Our delivery team will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a neighbor. If neither option is possible, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
