Health and Safety

Participation in outdoor fitness activities involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

Booking and Cancellation

Program bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Our cancellation policy includes:

• Full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session
• Credit toward future sessions for cancellations within 48 hours
• No refunds for no-shows except in documented emergencies
• Modified policies for retreat bookings as specified in confirmation materials

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Violet Stone and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability
